Throbber, that funny thing that goes 'round and 'round

This was added to aid players when clicking End Turn, letting them know that they in fact did click End Turn and their computer is not freezing up.  Turn processing takes longer with maps with greater numbers of regions, with games of large number of players, and when a larger number of game actions have been input.  Hopefully, the new throbber will let players know not to click the End Turn button a second time.

Definitely a major improvement... thanks... I did notice that in some turns on the Kingdoms map, it takes a long time to process the turn so it definitely saved me from doubling up on my end turns.
